New Bridge Investments is an emerging markets private equity fund that invests in leading companies throughout many of the worlds developing economies. New Bridge Investments, LP, is managed by its New York based General Partner, Nova Group Limited.

Affiliated with New York investment bank Nova Capital Partners, New Bridge seeks investment opportunities throughout Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe, as well as Africa, and Asia.

The fund invests in market leading companies that have traditionally had limited financial options available to them due to the developing nature of the economies that they operate in. New Bridge

brings deep "country-level" insight coupled with sophisticated investment acumen to companies in these regions.

New Bridge acquires minority positions in its investments typically “co-investing” in conjunction with many of the world’s top-tier institutional investors which include hedge funds, pension funds, and other private equity funds.

By creating and participating in these investment syndicates, New Bridge allows its investee companies to gain the benefit of an investment by a consortium comprised of the world’s leading financial institutions.
